Our service package is aimed at complimenting any customer service operation with comprehensive communications, digital imaging, speedy response and quality feedback.

Customers are notified by phone within 2 days from receipt of your posted / faxed/ telephoned / e-mailed requests. If after 2-3 attempts we are unsuccessful in contacting them, we send a postcard, by first class delivery service. The customer is asked to confirm the appointment before the call is made. If no such confirmation is received, the day prior to the visit our office staff try again to contact the customer by phone. If again unsuccessful the service sheet is taken on the day as an unarranged call. If time allows, the customer is telephoned whilst in the area. If a second attempt is made to contact the customer with no success, the paperwork is then returned. You will be kept informed at all times.

All of our
service regions are visited on a weekly basis.

Our vans go out fully equipped with everything required to complete on site repairs, unless replacement panel parts are required. Frame rails, Dacron, 1" foam, springs, castors etc. are already part of our extensive tool kit. We also have digital cameras so every inspection has one or more photographs taken. If requested we are able to use the Internet to send the report and digital images through quickly. Inspection copies and photographs will then be posted along with the sample (if applicable) at the end of each week. If requested the reports can be sent via fax the day after inspection.

We have all our electrical equipment tested every 6 months. Our compressors are also annually inspected and tested. Full insurance cover’s both public and employees liability, details are available on your request.
